1. من نحن
PharmaSignal شركة عراقية لتمثيل شركات الأدوية وتسويق منتجاتها، مقرّها بغداد. للتواصل بشأن هذه السياسة: info@pharmasignaliq.com.
2. البيانات التي نجمعها
- نموذج التواصل: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وما تكتبه في الرسالة، وتصلنا عبر خدمة Web3Forms إلى بريدنا.
- طلبات التوظيف: الإجابات التي تكتبها في نموذج التوظيف وسيرتك الذاتية. لا يحفظها الموقع؛ بل تُرسَل من بريدك مباشرة إلى بريد التوظيف لدينا.
- حسابات البوابة: البريد الإلكتروني والاسم والجهة، لغرض الدخول وتحديد صلاحيات الاطلاع.
- إحصاءات الزيارات: أرقام مجمّعة فقط، دون ملفات تعريف (كوكيز) ودون حفظ عنوان IP: البلد والمحافظة التقريبية، والأقسام التي تمت زيارتها، ومصدر الزيارة، واللغة، ونوع الجهاز. ونستخدم كذلك Cloudflare Web Analytics الذي لا يستخدم الكوكيز.
3. لماذا نستخدمها
للرد على استفساراتك، ودراسة طلبات التوظيف، وتشغيل البوابة، وتحسين الموقع. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا نشاركها إلا مع مقدّمي الخدمة اللازمين لتشغيل الموقع.
4. مقدّمو الخدمة
Cloudflare (الاستضافة والبريد والإحصاءات)، وSupabase (البوابة والإحصاءات المجمّعة)، وWeb3Forms (نموذج التواصل)، وResend (رسائل البوابة)، وGoogle Fonts (الخطوط)، وYouTube (عند تشغيل الفيديو).
5. مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ برسائل التواصل وطلبات التوظيف طالما كانت لازمة لغرضها، ويمكنك طلب حذفها في أي وقت. الإحصاءات مجمّعة ولا تحدد هوية الزائر.
6. حقوقك
يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها بمراسلة info@pharmasignaliq.com. ولاستبعاد زياراتك من الإحصاءات افتح الموقع بالرابط pharmasignaliq.com/?notrack=1.
7. المعلومات الدوائية
المعلومات الدوائية في هذا الموقع موجهة للمهنيين الصحيين في العراق، ومأخوذة من أدلة الشركات المصنّعة، ولا تُعد نصيحة طبية ولا تُغني عن استشارة الطبيب أو الصيدلاني. العلامات التجارية وأسماء المنتجات ملك لأصحابها.
8. شروط الاستخدام
- محتوى الموقع وتصميمه وأدلة المنتجات محمية، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة نشرها دون إذن كتابي.
- نبذل جهدنا لدقة المعلومات، لكنها تُقدَّم «كما هي» وقد تتغير دون إشعار.
- الروابط إلى مواقع خارجية، ومنها مصادر الأخبار، لا تعني تبنّينا لمحتواها.
- تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية العراق.
9. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه الصفحة عند الحاجة، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلاها.

1. Who we are
PharmaSignal is an Iraqi company representing pharmaceutical manufacturers and marketing their products, based in Baghdad. Contact: info@pharmasignaliq.com.
2. What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email and message, delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms.
- Job applications: the answers you enter in the job form and your CV. The website does not store them; they are sent from your own email directly to our careers inbox.
- Portal accounts: email, name and organisation, used for sign-in and access permissions.
- Visit statistics: aggregated counts only, with no cookies and no stored IP addresses: approximate country and governorate, sections viewed, traffic source, language and device type. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
3. Why we use it
To answer enquiries, review job applications, run the portal and improve the website. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it except with the service providers needed to run the site.
4. Service providers
Cloudflare (hosting, email, analytics), Supabase (portal and aggregated statistics), Web3Forms (contact form), Resend (portal emails), Google Fonts (typefaces) and YouTube (when you play a video).
5. Retention
We keep messages and job applications only as long as needed for their purpose, and you may ask us to delete them at any time. Statistics are aggregated and do not identify visitors.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to info@pharmasignaliq.com. To exclude your own visits from statistics, open pharmasignaliq.com/?notrack=1 once.
7. Medical information
Product information on this website is intended for healthcare professionals in Iraq, is taken from manufacturers’ product guides, is not medical advice and does not replace a physician or pharmacist. Trademarks and product names belong to their owners.
8. Terms of use
- The site’s content, design and product guides are protected and may not be copied or republished without written permission.
- We aim for accuracy, but information is provided “as is” and may change without notice.
- Links to external sites, including news sources, do not imply endorsement of their content.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.

We may update this page when needed; the date of the latest update appears at the top.
